Meet the QMP team

Mr. Richard Ajuwon FRCS FRCEM

Richard is a senior Consultant with 16 years experience at Milton Keynes University Hospital, including holding the post of Clinical Director of the Emergency Department for more than 7 years.

He is educational and clinical supervisor to junior doctors and medical students at University of Buckingham Medical School, and has experience in teaching all grades of Emergency Medicine staff, including ENPs. Richard is a qualified instructor in Resuscitation (ATLS, ALS and EPALS) and Level 2 certified in Emergency Ultrasound.

Chris Larmour — Cardiac ANP

Chris has worked in and around Emergency Departments for his entire professional career, at all grades from A&E nurse through ENP to Advanced Nurse Practitioner in Acute Cardiology.

He now works autonomously within A&E providing high quality clinical care and education, having spent much of his career teaching multi-disciplinary groups both within the department and at universities around the UK. For the last 15 years Chris has been an accredited Advanced Life Support instructor.

Nicolette Weale

Nicolette is a certified Neuro-linguistic Programming Practitioner who works hard towards productive and positive outcomes for all our clients.

She has already launched three successful businesses and founded an Autism charity. Her experience and understanding of the importance of resourcing strategies has been a major contribution to the success of these companies.
